3. Earn

Once they sign up and pay their first invoice, we add a credit to your account.

Earn 2.5% of your referral's project value as a service credit. The bigger the project they sign up for, the bigger your reward.

The Review Boost

Fill in our 60-second Quick-Review form and we'll add R100 to every referral credit we issue you from then on. Every referral, every time, with no limit.

We send the form to all clients about a week after their project wraps up.

The Details (Terms & Conditions)

Referral rewards: You'll get a service credit worth 2.5% of your referral's project value: the price at the time they book, before any discount. If their project grows later, the credit stays based on the original booking. We round up to the nearest R10. If you've completed our Quick-Review form, we add R100 to every credit we issue you from then on.
Who can take part: Anyone who has booked a project with us, past or present. You can't refer yourself, and you can't claim a credit on a project you're paying for.
Which referrals count: A new client is someone who hasn't booked or paid for a service with us before. We need to hear about the referral before or at the time they book, either from them or from you. We can't add credits for projects that are already underway or finished.
What you get: Your reward is a service credit, not cash, and we can't pay it out. It's yours to use on your own projects and can't be passed on to someone else.
How you use it: We put your credit towards your next invoice automatically. If the credit is worth more than the invoice, the balance stays on your account for next time. Where you have more than one credit, we use the oldest first. A credit keeps its original expiry date even if part of it rolls over.
When a credit can change: Your credit depends on the referred project going ahead. If it's cancelled and we refund the deposit, we'll cancel the credit too. If the project stops partway, we'll adjust the credit to match what was actually paid. If you've already used the credit by then, it stays used and we won't ask for it back.
How long you have: Credits last 12 months from the day we issue them, so you have a full year to put one towards a project. Once a credit expires we can't bring it back.
Keeping track: When you earn a credit we'll send you a credit note with the amount and the expiry date on it. You can also ask us for a statement of your account at any time to see your balance.
Changes to the programme: We may change or end this programme at any time. If we do, any credits you've already earned stay valid, and if you've unlocked the review boost we'll honour it on referrals you've already made.
Abuse: If we think someone is gaming the programme or claiming credits they haven't earned, we may withhold them.
