SciBorg Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to review the simple rules of our program.

Referral Rewards: You will receive:
  • A R500 service credit for every new client you refer who signs up for one of our "Start-to-Finish" packages.
  • A R250 service credit for every new client you refer who signs up for a "Deep Dive Drop-In" service.
Eligibility: All past and present SciBorg clients are eligible to participate. Self-referrals are not eligible.
Qualifying Referrals: A "new client" is defined as an individual who has not previously booked or paid for a service with SciBorg Communications. The referral must be mentioned at the time of the new client’s booking or consultation. Retroactive claims for referrals made on past projects cannot be honoured.
The Reward: The reward is issued as a service credit only and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder.
Redemption: Your credit is automatically applied as a discount to the next invoice you receive from us.
Credit Validity: Credits are contingent on the new client’s project commencing. If the referred project is cancelled and the deposit refunded, the associated referral credit will be revoked.
Credit Expiry: Your referral credit is valid for a full 12 months from the date of issue, giving you an entire year to apply it to your next project.
Tracking Your Credit: When you earn a credit, it will appear as a line item on your client account statement, which you can request at any time. The line item will clearly show the credit amount and its expiry date.
